Do you have any contacts (historians or veterans) for the 318th Infantry Regiment(WWII)? 
If so, please contact Don Patton. Some documents have been found about a soldier from that unit who is considered MIA.  If a family member can be found there is a good chance to get him identified or at a minimum give the family some answers about his death.
