The Dr. Harold C. Deutsch RoundTable is committed to preserving the factual history of World War II. Through the input of historians, first-hand accounts from individuals, and travel, we seek to promote the study of this influential era.
We meet at 7pm on the second Thursday of every month from September through May in the History Center at Historic Fort Snelling, unless otherwise noted in the Schedule.
$5.00 admission is requested to help defray costs. Students are admitted free.
TIME SENSITIVE AND NOTABLE ITEMS:
Do you have any contacts (historians or veterans) for the 318th Infantry Regiment(WWII)? If so, please contact Don Patton. Some documents have been found about a soldier from that unit who is considered MIA. If a family member can be found there is a good chance to get him identified or at a minimum give the family some answers about his death.
